You will see people of every shape, size, and age at the Zumba® Fitness Party.  The routines feature interval training combining fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got Zumba® dancing!
